Lee Rollins has been a prominent member of the San Diego business community since moving here in 1972 from the Los Angeles area. He owns and operates Rollins Shell as well as heading Lee Rollins Firestone. Lee opened his Firestone store in the spring of 1984 and has enjoyed 20 years of success due to a very strong customer base. Lee strongly believes in providing the highest quality of service and maintaining good communication between his customers and employees. Lee is an avid golfer, who also enjoys outdoor sports such as boating and hunting.

Robert Estrada started with Lee Rollins Firestone in January of 1986.He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. In his spare time Robert enjoys cycling on the road and trails in San Diego County.

Assistant Store Manager, Mark Pacitti, has worked for Lee Rollins longer than anyone else. Mark first began at Rollins Shell in 1979 as a general service technician and soon after the opening of Lee Rollins Firestone he made the move to the larger location. Mark is a Master Technician, Smog Technician and has recently completed a week-long Bridgestone/Firestone management class in Nashville. November 1, 2001, Mark moved into his new and current position sharing his vast automotive knowledge with customers and staff. Mark is an avid San Diego Charger season ticket holder and Kiwanas Soap Box Derby builder and coordinator.

Vinnie is an experienced service writer who has worked as a techinican. He speaks three languages.. Engish, Spanish and Italian. He enjoys watching Soccer.

Joey has many years of Dealership experience as well as owning his own shop. Spending time with his Family is his favorite pastime, but he also enjoys riding his Classic 1947 Harley on the backroads of SD . Born and raised in SF his team is the SF 49ers.

Franco ( Prefers to be called Franco) has experienced business ownership before joining our team many years ago. His passions are singing and riding his off-road 3 wheelers and motorcycles.

Ariel is ASE certified with almost 24 years experience in undercar repair. He also is a certified welder. Ariel has been part of our team for almost 9 years.

Micah enjoys spending time with his Wife and Son, going to the beach or the zoo. He has many years of experience working on old classic cars , heavy equipment and diesel trucks. His hobby is working on his cars in his garage.

Jake is a recent addition to our team. He brings 10 years experience with a custom car/truck background. He is an avid softball player who is training for his first marathon. He also enjoys various off-road activities..

Jose is a Part time employee who enjoys going to the gym and going to Charger Games.
